New animated tutorials have been added to our support section. These great new tutorials show you how to setup and create an email account in 6 of the most popular email programs out there, including Outlook/Express, Netscape and Eudora.

A few other small notices, for those of you that have not subscribed to our mailing list. Last weekend we undertook a number of upgrades to our servers. Firstly we upgraded all servers to the latest kernel from Red Hat. This upgrade required a reboot which took place at 3am and lasted approximately 3 minutes. Secondly we upgraded our Spam filtering software and virus filtering software, Spam Assassin and Clam AV respectively, to the very latest releases. And thirdly, we upgraded our control panel software (cPanel) to the very latest release version. We are now running, at the time of posting, version 10.2.00 R82.

All software on all servers has been upgraded. In an effort to secure all servers from recently discovered exploits, all software has been upgraded to the latest cutting edge versions. We are now running Apache Web Server 1.3.33, PHP version 4.3.9 and MySQL 4.0.22. Also cPanel and Fantastico have been upgraded.
